Original two-dimensional printed, dyed, and stitched textiles and paper, the focus of this special art show by Shannon Wardroper features large-scale folded textile sculptures inspired by the “choice versus chance” fortune-telling game that children play.

About the event

Shannon Wardroper lives on Salt Spring Island and has a degree from the Alberta College of Art and Emily Carr College of Art and a master’s degree in art education from Simon Fraser University. She lived abroad for over a decade, studying, teaching, and exhibiting in Japan, Thailand, and the U.K. with sojourns throughout Southeast Asia.
