Artists in Residence (AiR) delivers opportunities for visiting artists by providing time and space to work on innovative projects while fostering exchange and engagement with our community.
The Salt Spring Arts residency program is located on the largest of the Southern Gulf Islands, on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. The AiR program is an opportunity for regional, national and international artists to work in the vibrant environment of Salt Spring Island. The program provides an extraordinary venue for artists to focus on innovative projects and foster community engagement in their practice.
